Pros

Close to South Yarra train station or Trams Free Paramount+ (not that there's anything that good on it)

Cons

One of those companies that cuts its workforce in half and still expects you to deliver the same results. Several of my colleagues and I have to constantly work extreme hours in secret because if you mention that you're busy, you get blamed for poor time management or slacking off. Despite being contantly smashed with work, you're expected to keep a grin on your face and to keep up the guise of 'culture' by attending pub sessions scheduled outside of work hours, non-attendance is sorely frowned upon. Anything remotely cultural is self funded by staff with an unspoken obligation to donate out of fear of judgement or exclusion. Mandatory office days, no options to change or switch without a massive inquest. No longer pay for reps to attend events. People who throw others under the bus to get ahead and management absolutely reward that kind of behavior. Can't keep track of how many staff have come and gone over the last 3 years
