Pros

* You're fully vested upon being hired. There's no waiting.

Cons

*HR is practically nonexistent *Promotions aren't based on merit or experience. It's a popularity contest where management promotes their friends *Overall employee morale is low and there's no trust between employees and management *Non-execs walk on eggshells because evaluations and surveys are used against them * The harder you work, the more they fear you. They want you to comply even if that means the work you submit is subpar *Management is poorly trained, not highly educated, and therefore displays weak and inefficient team/dept. leadership

Pros

One of the greatest strengths is the team I work with. My colleagues form a cohesive and supportive unit, and together, we work seamlessly towards shared goals. Additionally, the opportunity to interact with a variety of personalities is both enriching and stimulating, adding depth and interest to my day-to-day experience.

Cons

The company operates with a strong emphasis on hierarchy, which can sometimes feel restrictive. Bonuses are reserved for managers and above, creating an imbalance in recognition. Moreover, long-distance travel policies are structured so that only EVPs and above enjoy comfortable arrangements. A particularly discouraging aspect is the process for employee training approvals. Even for training costing as little as £1, approval from the COO is required. This creates a significant barrier to accessing developmental opportunities and gives the impression that the company prioritizes cost-cutting over employee growth unless training is entirely free. For an organization of this size, this approach feels misaligned with its potential to invest in its workforce.
