      Pros

      Having MTV on your resume helps, no doubt. The pay is good. There are cool perks like VMA's, etc, if you are into that.

      Cons

      Fake, cut-throat environment. Colleagues are generally not the brightest and are wayyyy to into working for MTV. Just a thankless, soulless place to work.

      No business management, no resource development, no clarity on direction, no communication, no management backing, very political environment, recognition is not merit based but based on personal favoritism, no desire for change & improvement

      Great place if you really need a job, but i'd just stay for the HS tie in.

      Cons

      Lots of pushy people, favortism is everywhere and you have to do something almost criminal to get a raise. If i were a manager things my be a bit easier
