Pros

The experience of working for a brand and network that was formative to your childhood is a wonderful experience.

Cons

The lack of management training and transparency combined with the daily pressure for ratings makes for a miserable place to work.

Pros

The benefits and career development resources are still good, although not as strong as they once were.

Cons

The company is floundering after years of selling off assets, not developing new content, and failing to understand how streaming video would affect the business. Most of the good people have left or are trying to. Morale is very low and there is a lot of cronyism.

Pros

Great name recognition, wonderful people, interesting work.

Cons

Management needs an entire overhaul. Upper management is not in tune with what's really happening in the industry. Very cliquey. Not willing to invest in the right places.
