Great co-workers. Most folks are nice and fun to be around.

Cons

Low pay. Lots of slip service from upper management. If you do a great job it means you will be expected to work even harder and out do yourself. Don't expect any bonus unless you're at some executive level.

Cons

- communication may not be easy at times due to the geographically dispersed team, but it's a great place overall
