      Great for breaking into the business & strong benefits package

      Cons

      Not great at developing and leveraging talented employees into leadership positions. Also current company downsizing coupled with the rate in which people consume content means there is a lot more work and a lot less people to do it which = high stress, heavy workloads, and inadequate resources and bandwidth

      Some fun coworkers, overall nice cultural feel.

      Cons

      very old school cable tv approach. very little growth opportunity. HR does not handle claims of discrimination. harassment, or retaliation appropriately.
