Pros

The lower level employees are burnouts. The company used to be amazing but the new CEOs drove it into the ground.

Cons

Upper management is so out of touch. Constant layoffs. No transparency. Unrealistic work hours. So many better companies out there with better work/life balance. Upper managers try and tell you to be thankful you have a job instead of actually pushing for positive change. Blessed to have made it out alive. A thankless job.

Pros

Company culture. Creative and fun workplace. Beautiful office spaces. Leading technology. Great people. Decent benefits besides UnitedHealthcare.

Cons

Many layoffs. Salaries much lower than similar companies in entertainment. Promotions hard to come by for most. Little to no incentives for stock options and bonuses except for Senior management.

Pros

Lots of opportunity to contribute to issues that relate to diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Management is out of touch and more interested in protecting their own self-interests. Not strong with coaching, transparency, or training.
