Pros

1. You're working for a major publisher 2. Free snacks, soda & juice 3. Fun Happy Hours 4. Good colleagues to work with 5. You learn a lot about Digital Media

Cons

We found out on 2/11/19 all planners would be laid off. We have only a month to find new jobs ... The severance package is not even a real package, only one extra paycheck !

Thank you for your review; we take your feedback seriously and will share your comments with the appropriate teams. While it is true that the planner position will not be a part of our sales organization moving forward, as HR discussed we have numerous open roles on the team and we encourage you to review the materials provided and reach out to HR should there be an opportunity you'd like to pursue.

Pros

Great benefits/perks and (mostly) great people

Cons

Culture is unbelievably toxic and political. Leadership does not advocate for you and everyone is out for themselves. They will promote a handful of favorites and make those with room for improvement feel worthless. Fear-based leadership style from executives. Never heard anyone receive a positive piece of feedback. Peers will throw you under the bus at any chance they get. They like to say the culture is friendly and "cool" but the atmosphere is unbelievably competitive and reminiscent of a bootcamp-type one (i.e. keep your head down and get to work, no room for thinking about or discussing anything unrelated to work). Zero transparency from the top.
