In general there is a decent 'people culture' and some remnants of the great culture of MTV's heyday still exists.

What started as an excellent media company many years ago has devolved into a matrix of competing fiefdoms with leadership that doesn't know or is unwilling to structure the organization for the future. Years of mismanagement and a failure to invest have left the company well behind the ball, with once great brands diminished to the point of near irrelevance.
