Pros

Good work environment. Good management. Good work/life balance. Overall a great atmosphere. Great place to learn about online/digital advertising on the Publishing side.

Cons

Slightly outdated for the digital industry in terms of policies, work environment, etc. on the client services side (At least in NYC). Some NY offices could really use a layout overhaul.

Pros

The company culture is very welcoming. Great benefits and managers. Great place to learn and grow in the sales world. You will learn how to work with all kinds of personalities and to be great at multitasking.

Cons

Entry level is very much executive assistant work AND media work in the Sales department. In some cases be ready to do two jobs. Entry level pay is low compared to the rest of the marketplace and opportunity to be promoted within is limited but very possible (regional office).

Pros

The company really likes to take care of their employees. The benefits are great and there's a lot of hands on family fun incorporated throughout the year. The people you work with on a day to day basis really add to the experience. Starting at the company, teams are very welcoming and dedicate the time to help in training and that you're on the right path.

Cons

It could be difficult at times to grow internally from one department to another. Informationals are a great way to gain some knowledge and meet new people you work with.
