      Pros

      Ability to work on a wide range of equipment and the pay was outstanding.

      Cons

      Down sizing is like playing musical chairs. Management if always trying to fire the most experienced personal to bring in cheaper less experienced people so they can pay less for compensation.

      Good benefits. Relaxed atmosphere. Interesting people.

      Cons

      Nearly impossible to get promoted. No loyalty to employees. Mass layoffs are common and happen quietly, even when the company posts revenue increases to the public.

      Pros

      Very cool environment. Office is very good looking and a fun place to work in. Ping pong for entertainment as well as some special perks depending on the week day.

      Cons

      Work-flow process is terrible. People are not held accountable for their work. Some people just go to collect a pay check while others work hard and both are compensated equally.
