      Unlimited PTO policy Good Health benefits

      Cons

      -Product Design Paramount Org is a disaster. 3 VPs who basically do nothing. Sign on for a couple hours a day and make useless comments in meetings and then derail projects. -Toxic leadership -Unstable work environment. Always wondering if you will be laid off. -Everyone does the bare minimum and is not held to standard which is why things are not at the highest quality and the company is struggling.
