Pros

The brand carries weight on a resume and when networking.

Cons

The brand's popularity makes the company feel that they can underpay and undervalue employees, hence the walkout by Freelance employees. Also if you are black and/or older, beware. Discrimination is abundant, and HR supports corrupt management. While they pimp your ride and bring dances from the 'hood, the people running those shows are white (when I was there), and they promote white interns over qualified black staff. The majority of menial labor is filled with blacks and Hispanics, while Asians and whites are promoted disproportionately.
