      Pros

      Very fair company that keeps creativity at the core. Great brands and strong support from Viacom.

      Cons

      Hard to navigate the many brands and broad scope of senior managers across all of those brands. Communicating effectively is a challenge.

      Pros

      Being at the forefront of the online revolution. Constantly changing challenges. Being able to work for a publisher that understands the importance of generating good, independent content. Positive attitudes toward development and growth.

      Cons

      Distances can make it difficult to take best advantage of opportunities to work together.

      Pros

      The London office is a well designed office that people love to visit. I'm paid a lot better as a journalist than other employers would pay me. The staff are all friendly and some are genuinely talented. There are quarterly parties, and pay day beers.

      Cons

      A good deal of the workforce are unfriendly and generally receptive to new ideas. The upper management makes little effort to regularly update the workforce on what's happening in the business.
