      Horrible pay, disrespect, not being flexible with work/life balance, lack of opportunity to develop professional, ego got the better of many.

      Great place to work with a laid back atmosphere

      Pros

      MTV Networks has a very fun atmosphere. The people are all nice and generally very young. They are all very supportive and look out for one another when it comes to finding other jobs and helping one another out. The Lodge in 1515 Broadway has great food for cheap prices. Its convenient working in times square since it is only a 10 minute walk from Penn Station for commuters and right by a whole bunch of subways for NY residents. The views from the windows are great. You get an hour off for lunch every day. I recommend it a lot.

      Cons

      Sometimes they have too little for everyone to do and there is a lot of downtime. It would be good if they helped out entry level workers a bit more.
