Pros

- Most of the management is interested in helping employees achieve their goals -Good benifits - Good vacation and summer fridays - A few perks as far as travel and budgets - They say work life balance is important

Cons

- You produce a crap product. It is all about how much you can produce for how cheep - The pay is way bellow industry standard unless your a VP or above - There are lots of young people and thus lost of emotional reactions and lack of professional behavior - MTV follows NOT leads, they are always behind the eight ball never satisfied with where they are and not quite sure where they are going. After Tom Freston left the vision seemed to go with him
