Pros

Great work/life balance Passionate, smart co-workers Fair compensation/benefits Freedom to explore personal interests Size of the site makes it easier to work with outside parties

Cons

Size and scope of the various Web properties can make coordination difficult between and even within sites Seems to be cultural struggle between CBS and CNET in certain departments

Pros

Great benefits; tuition reimbursement; paid vacations; casual dress; flexible hours; fun work environment; "cool place to work;" interesting projects to work on.

Cons

Little to no opportunity for advancement; low pay; too much nepotism; outside job applicants are treated better than those trying to move up internally.y people next to nothing to work hard.

Pros

MTV Networks has a great culture. Everyone who is there wants to go to work every day. They make your experience extremely enjoyable.

Cons

The organization is so large that it is merely impossible to get a taste of it all. Also, the candidate application process can be more effective shortened.
