      A really great ride up until CBS bought the company

      Great brands and talent still there, nice work environment and perks

      Cons

      Lots of the great talent has left. Began to feel more like a corporation without the start-up energy. Layoffs, cost cutting and fleeing of skilled mgmt had an impact on morale
