      Sometimes bad behavior is not only accepted, but rewarded. Sometimes, the squeaky wheel has no substance...

      A fun place to work but eventually it gets old.

      Pros

      Relaxed atmosphere, great coworkers, working on fun content. I've spent most of my time at MTVN at smaller networks owned by Viacom and the pros of working here specifically are that you get the best of both worlds: resources of a large media company, but the experiences and opportunities of a small company.

      Cons

      Often times, unqualified people get promoted. And once people get to executive level, they never leave. People who should be getting rewarded for their hard work often spend years doing the work of positions above them before being compensated for it. It just always seemed like there was a small group of people who would get promoted every year and everyone else just hung around.
