Fantastic work energy. People are very down to earth. Employees wear a lot of hats in the work field but not as much as a start up.

Cons

There are a lot of internal processes that make it difficult sometime to accomplish a task and get work done. You need to know all the departments well to have an efficient work flow.

Cons

Promotes "jack of all trades, master of none" work philosophy. Squelches new ideas. Not interested in creative solutions or ideas. Happy to churn out lowest quality work for the biggest buck.
