      Pros

      Great brand name and a leader in the entertainment vertical. Advertisers who found their audience within the MTVN family of brands would invest.

      Cons

      Large company, challenge to move upward quickly as there aren't many open opportunities available. Sometimes the individual brand teams do not integrate or communicate posing a challenge for company movement between different teams and visibility on open opportunities.

      Good opportunities, but a bit chaotic at the top-level

      Pros

      Great opportunity to be a part of large-scale projects from the beginning. They also offer great benefit packages.

      Cons

      A lot of type-As at the top which makes it hard for the lower level employees to get good work produced. Turnover seemed to get higher and heads weren't replaced.
