- My management has no integrity. - My office is working as a "sweatshop" for the US headquarters, I’m dealing with idiotic technical architectures designed in the US and I’m spending all my efforts on legacy issues. - My office currently only gives limited time contracts and prefers terminating people than giving them permanent contracts. - I have the unpleasant feeling of not belonging to the main company and to compete with other Viacom "sweatshops" from cheaper countries...
