      Very cool young employees, makes for a fun company.

      Lacks some of the more professional aspects of a company

      Good company but be aware of smaller divisions that aren't high on the CBS priority list.

      Pros

      Solid employment, decent compensation, most supervisors are flexible with employee needs. Really a solid company.

      Cons

      Not a lot of growth within many divisions, unsure business model in some divisions. Upper management are not leaders in the space. Much of the knowledge and innovation comes from younger managers and directors.

      - interesting coworkers - location - informal work environment

      Cons

      - no room to grow within - middle-management does nothing - CEO and CTO have no idea what they're doing - layoffs across the board when there's already too little people to get the job done - pay raises, if given, barely keep pace with cost of living increase
