      Pros

      Company offers many benefits which allow employee exposure to industry, work life programs, and additional education. Work with employees needs to establish a good work life program.

      Cons

      Compensation for jobs within the industry are some what low. At times long working hours are long due to lay offs which employees are expected to pick up former employees work load.

      Pros

      Great experience and exposure to historic media networks. You get to see the nitty gritty of how networks develop their brand every step of the way.

      Cons

      They are stuck in the 90s with upper management. The higher you get the more secretive and tighter the closed doors become. There is absolutely no transparency, and everyone is at the mercy of the board members who are 90+ years old. Very passive agressive culture, and everyone is out for themselves.
