The executives are extremely friendly and everyone works in a group effort. Fast paced environment that never seems to stop. There is always something exciting going on.

Cons

Could not work more than 30 hours a week, there was a lot of opportunity to grow and not being there made me miss out on things.

Laid back corporate atmosphere while working for one of the largest umbrella companies. Awesome building in great neighborhood.

Cons

The business culture was a little stuffy for San Francisco. There was a lack of perks for such a "trendy" media company.

Fun work environment, great benefits, tuition reimbursement, access to industry events.

Cons

Extremely top-heavy organization where promotion from within is difficult. I've watched managers become VPs in 2 years, while others rot away with no promotions or proper raises. A lot of positions at the VP or higher level seem to be "invented" constantly.
