      Pros

      Good benefits, good leaders, many perks, respectful co-workers, good hours, nice vacation time, summer Fridays, good maternity leave, bereavement time off, overall great place to work, good overtime opportunities during awards shows

      Cons

      Hard to rise through the ranks, facilities management stinks, budget cuts, hard to get time off sometimes, lay offs periodically, new SVPs take a while to get their bearings, hard to balance work and life sometimes

      Pros

      Fun company to work for. Value internal growth. Interesting projects. Fast paced environment. Great company culture. Week off between Christmas and New Year. Work from home on occasion.

      Cons

      Pay structure is less competitive than other tech companies. Big company makes it hard to push change though quickly. Association with CBS TV network also brings an old school way of thinking about things.

      Pros

      Without exception every person I've worked with here has been warm, friendly, and decent. Great people makes for great team.

      Cons

      Facilities leave a lot of be desired. Especially in NYC. We're split into three buildings right now and the space being renovated is unsuitable for the number of people who are expected to work there and sort of cheap considering the size of the company.
