      Fun atmosphere but corporate machine with old thinking

      We have a chance to go to fun events, screening, people are very nice and friendly.

      Cons

      Lack in development plan for people in junior roles. You can have the feeling of being stuck because you can't progress within your role or team.

      Pros

      Great perks, smart, committed team of people. Lots of opportunity for growth and creativity. The compensation tends to be very competitive. Generous benefits as well. Many people start careers there, leave and come back better than ever and ready to give it their all. The company welcomes that.

      Cons

      Sometimes not clear how promotions or reorgs work. Reviews are not consistent across department so can feel like being graded on a curve.
