      Great culture, low pay - revolving door

      Pros

      Fantastic culture. Fun place to work. Friendly managers.

      Cons

      Upper management disconnect with lower management means HORRIBLE job retention. Company is more concerned with stock price that quarter then growing a business. 5-7 people leave every month for better pay. No one is retained. When people leave they often do not rehire only shuffle the work to others (without extra pay).

      Poor management Terrible work/life balance zero direction constant mismanagement of objectives and employees will forever be chasing Millenlials and the youth culture in general

      Everyone is super nice, the work I did for them was creative and they took it in with an open mind. I would love to work for them anytime.

      It's goes the same for all big companies, it takes a bit of time to get things 'approved'
