      Pros

      Training, salary, work-life balance are all great but the work environment was amazing. You feel like you're just hanging out with friends rather than working in a corporate building. It's a very relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      I noticed that the company doesn't really value much their employees. (Maybe because they see them as replaceable, which might be the case, but still would be nice to see the hierarchy value others). I also noticed a miscommunication between several departments and that always makes work harder for both of them.

      The lodge aka the cafeteria has subsidized meals. Best food deal in all of NY.

      Cons

      I wouldn't say there were any cons to this company. I enjoyed my time here.
