      Pros

      Pay was good. Met some great people.

      Cons

      Just about everything. As a whole, only a few divisions pull in solid revenue from ads. Most of that money goes to keeping other useless divisions on life support. Much like their television counterpart, Interactive is years behind in understanding what is interesting or trending in just about anything. The upper management is comedically out of touch. People with no design experience making design decisions, socially inept leadership and employees who aren't learning or advancing the software. Frankly, I'm amazed every day the whole thing hasn't collapsed inward on itself.

      Pros

      Viacom is a very progressive company that truly has the best interests of its employees, at heart. It offers great pay, great benefits and an excellent work/life balance. It's also a fun place to work.

      Cons

      Senior management sometimes make decisions for short-term gains, while losing sight of longer-term strategy.
