Pros
Autonomy to make the role my own! There is so much change which is challenging but also exciting and consistent communication from various Senior executives ensures we are aware of the global and local impacts of the current challenging times but also how we are pushing through and seeing some great successes. Even through remote working in the majority, the effort from the team to stay connected and engaged remains and the support given and experienced is truly fantastic. The company show passion and commitment to a culture of inclusiveness and the recent events have only highlighted some of the great activity had already but also where we can continue to push to ensure we continue this drive for diverse talent and culture. I feel proud to be part of the company and excited for what the future brings.
Cons
With the amount of change had due to the merger & Covid, connecting global teams and aligning strategies is taking a long time. Lots in the works but seeing the outcomes at this stage is needed. Matrix alignment can cause blockers to local initiatives which I'd like to see change.
