Fantastic product & content offerings. On going opportunites to attend seminars to enrich your skills. Huge corporation to navigate & hopefully make lots of new contacts & hopefully job opportunities, cafeteria that serves delicious & inexperienced meals
Cons
In my tenure, Viacom literally restructured their operations every 3-6 months. This made for a very uncertain & nervous environment. The end result was a "Game of Thrones" culture where many people were cutthroat to maintain their jobs. It was unfortunate because this led to a toxic environment despite their strong brands.
