      A great place to get your foot in the door for the industry because everyone knows it. You get to learn a lot of the film industry machinery through many different distribution pathways. Many great peers at the junior level.

      Cons

      No upward mobility, few opportunities for mentorship, weak pay compared to other companies, and poor senior leadership/turnover within Paramount Global is a perpetual source of instability.
