-Incompetent and clueless management. -More of a part-time tour guide position than a page program. -No real chances for growth or professional development. -Higher-ups are racist and homophobic. -No benefits. -Poor pay. -Irregular hours. -Favoritism.

Management does not care about their employees, the work environment or promoting career growth. They rarely promote from within and will actively tell you that you will not see a promotion for many many years even at the assistant/coordinator level. High level managers are bitter and upset with their lives and careers and take it out on their lower level employees. There is a constant sense of distrust and dislike sewn between departments at all levels and within singular departments.
