      Pros

      I worked with some amazing people.

      Cons

      VP's are horrible... they have no idea what is going on, and they care more about online shopping than they do about work. Horrible pay, you probably won't get a raise, their raises are very small about 1%!!! Empty promises, and when it comes to lay-offs, they let go of the hardest working people and the smartest, and they continue to employ the idiots and shadiest of people you can possibly meet. And so many people have the biggest egos for no reason!

      Pros

      "Cool" place to work. Got to watch some of the artists rehearse for MTV awards. Maybe see a "star" but they're usually hide themselves under a hat and sunglasses so as not to be bothered by the lot peons.

      Cons

      Sweatshop. Once worked til 4 am and another time until 2 am. Get shocked dirty looks if you even think of leaving after only 8 hours. Management can be disrespectful and abusive. Egos, egos, egos. Nepotism. Everybody and their cousin is a "Director" or "Executive Director" or "VP" Managers are out to protect their little kingdoms that they've built and will backstab in a heartbeat to get ahead or prevent a rival from doing so.

      Pros

      Nice office, high level projects and good assistant culture.

      Cons

      Intense pressure on executives from the top down. Very competitive, high stress and anxiety amongst all executives and can be cut throat. Also pays really poorly with long hours. Worst job I've ever endured.
