Pros

The only studio left in Hollywood and the lot is incredibly beautiful. Lots of great people who can be supportive, kind, fun, smart.

Cons

Inconsistent management approach, too often guided by an individuals mood of the day. Too many franchises. Not enough great original movies (bring back Paramount Vantage).

Pros

The connections, high-profile projects, and the ability to keep working with the company if you do well. Free breakfast and lunch.

Cons

Everybody believes they're god's gift to Hollywood. Exclusive Boys club atmosphere is pretty apparent (and I'm a dude). No one actually cares about movies.
