      Working on a iconic hollywood studio with a great canon of classic movies.

      Cons

      Haven't had a big film in a loooonnnngg time. The money has dried up. Big changes are needed in order to survive.

      Lack of consistent leadership. Movie slate was weak during my tenure. Constant change and lack of transparency from senior management.
