      Fun place to work, with a relaxed working environment. Not many growth opportunities.

      Pros

      Beautiful lot, great culture and nice people. I miss working there for these reasons. It's a relaxed working environment - I definitely wouldn't call it fast-paced which may be a pro or con, depending on what you're looking for.

      Cons

      Not many growth opportunities. Frustrating and complacent upper-management in some departments. Poor performing employees at all experience levels are not properly managed and are free to stay in their job until they leave on their own (which doesn't happen).

      the perk was a screening of a movie every once in a while

      treated less than. always refused yearly raises b/c company wasn't "doing well". total BS.
