      Holidays, Benefits, Free Movie Screenings, Discounted Paramount DVDs

      Cons

      Zero growth in career unless you are friend of VP. Never hear about HR or HR Policies Rules change based on your relation ship to managers. If Relationships are bad with your management then you end up updating the tickets all the time.

      Management is disrespectful, no work/life balance or sense of appreciation... threatening atmosphere.

      The brand name is solid and well recognized: no explanation needed. 100 year old institution; this Company is not the "new kid on the block."

      Cons

      Merit, hard work, and radical / out-of-the box thinking is not rewarded or encouraged. "YES" at every request gets high recognition and promotion. Relevant experience in the industry is not necessary for promotion.
