      Great brand (amazing worldwide recognition), great people, very flexible in terms of working hours, great perks (premieres, screenings, promo access, etc.), interesting work

      Cons

      Low pay, very bureaucratic, takes years to get anywhere (some people have moved up to mid-level after working for 30 years!!)

      Beautiful lot, see exciting events happening, my supervisor was very friendly and relaxed, good summer internship program

      Cons

      Not much opportunity for a full time job, interns are rarely hired as FT as people pull in their friends who are then hired

      Creative environment, fun products, management willing to take risks, good support/ budgets, great facilities, smart people, opportunity to be creative and make a difference.

      Cons

      Be sure to report directly to a decision maker who is relatively high up. Otherwise, there is a risk of information not flowing down in a timely matter.
