Decent entry level job after graduating college. Good benefits package with access to many discounts. Free Movie Screenings for Employees.

Cons

No room for advancement. No leadership from management. Department was chronically understaffed. Minimal training provided to new hires. Lower pay compared to same positions at other studios.
