High energy studio lot makes going to work every day feel special and far from mundane. Friendly and bright colleagues provide for an enjoyable and stimulating work environment. Work/life balance is a plus and there are numerous perks/amenities (weekly screenings are just the beginning). Paramount functions almost like a small city in terms of its onsite offerings: excellent fitness center, dry cleaning, salon/barbershop, daycare, health clinic, car wash, multiple restaurants, etc. Internship-specific: Incredible summer experience and far exceeded my expectations. Highly structured with events that encourage interns to learn various parts of the business (i.e. weekly speaker series and related networking events).

I love the positive Culture here, and the Affinity groups, which provides an opportunity to meet and connect with various people on the lot. I also appreciate the work/life balance that is promoted here, and the support that is given during personal emergencies.
