      Great holiday time and workplace perks including on-lot screenings, Lunch & Learns, shuttle to Larchmont, good on-lot food and Coffee Bean.

      Cons

      Overall, Paramount lacks transparency for its employees. Junior level employees are not offered shadowing opportunities, invitations to town halls, or insight to higher level decisions. There is slow upward movement and a prominent hierarchy that is difficult to break through.
