      Pros

      Studio is a shell of its former glory. Most of the lot is rented out by outside productions. Nice affordable gym on site with great teachers.

      Cons

      Executives are still figuring out management chain after lots of shakeups. Some dirty Hollywood stuff still goes on here like asking PA’s to handle very personal errands for execs.
