Pros
Iconic, beautiful lot with great history. A few nice employee resources such as Coffee Bean, dry cleaning, day care.
Cons
Management very weak in terms of making time for their direct reports and providing timely, actionable feedback. Not even available most of the time to answer basic questions. Meetings often run in a dour, autocratic way in which executives cut each other off , sometimes brutally, and there are no consequences for treating colleagues this way.
