Exposure to newer technology. A large diversity in jobs to do. Many opportunities to help clients with networking issues.

Cons

Some of the people you need to interact with in different departments can be a bit difficult. You just need to find to one's that are willing to help you.

Pros

The only studio left in Hollywood and the lot is incredibly beautiful. Lots of great people who can be supportive, kind, fun, smart.

Cons

Inconsistent management approach, too often guided by an individuals mood of the day. Too many franchises. Not enough great original movies (bring back Paramount Vantage).

Upper Management is flawed Nepotism layoffs every year movies that are green-lit are terrible and don't make the studio any money selling part of the studio to the Chinese
