      the Xmas tree lighting, viacommunity day, some people

      Cons

      lack of transparency, very hierarchical, everyone spends so much time covering their backs (everything has email trail for the later blame game), lack of access to the meetings with sr. management despite one doing all the work for said meeting. Raises are a joke, promotions happen only if you threaten to leave.

      Pros

      Learned so much about the industry It's paid $10 for undergrads and I think the MBA/masters students got $20!! If you are a petite blond, you'll definitely have more fun! ;) Got to do cool things like events, and film festivals and meet celebs

      Cons

      The people we def not friendly or warm or welcoming, as I'd imagine is the case everywhere Very very stressful environment Everybody is not shallow, not fake but just empty in a weird way Paramount is focused on producing a string of dumb movies.
