      -beautiful lot -less stressful work -some really friendly and open minded cowokers -employee friendly events, food truck movie preview etc, or like some interns who mentioned in their reviews- coffee (wow).

      Cons

      -limitation on promotions. Company loves bringing people from outside -way below industry pay -nepotism: from intern to execs. It is unreal. -huge losses due to incapability of its marketing people.
