      Political unstable environment

      Pros

      Beautiful, historical movie studio. The employees that have managed to stick around are super knowledgeable and friendly. Good employee benefits and community service program.

      Cons

      Very political environment. Bad higher management with poor hires that departments are stuck with. Less than competitive pay which causes talented workers to move elsewhere. Unstable environment with layoffs and lackluster films. Bad morale.
