Wonderful campus like setting. Very nice work environment and excitement of being in a Hollywood Studio setting.

Cons

Too much turmoil and uncertainty. Viacom does not understand what really goes on at the Paramount lot and it doesn't seem like they care.

Pros

Two things only. Location is in the heart of Hollywood and the cafeteria food is amazing. Can't think of any other pros of working here.

Cons

Turnover is unbelievable in the finance department. Those who stick it out are only there for a paycheck nothing else. Lots of gossiping and cliques in the office. Absolutely zero team morale. Everyone works by themselves and the managers seem under qualified for the manager title. It helps being a girl as the guy managers are sexist. Expect 10 to 12 hour days and false promises on promotion

benefits, pay was decent, pretty lot, hollywood history

Cons

Never take the "anonymous" surveys that are sent out from management, they are tied back to you and you can get fired if you are 100% positive in them. Tons of layoffs every quarter, people walk on eggshells hoping not to be in the next round. Management get excellent bonuses...everyone else gets nothing.
